The founder and initiator of the establishment of the Wielkopolski Indyk company is Alfred Glinkowski. In 1967, he started the production of the best quality poultry, starting with the production of his own feed mixtures. Over the years, he expanded the scale of the company’s operations and improved the production process. He shared his valuable knowledge with successive generations of the Glinkowski family.
In the 1980s, the company developed dynamically thanks to the commitment and diligence of Alfred’s sons. A modern poultry slaughterhouse was established in Bolesławiec. Further development resulted in the opening of a turkey meat processing and packaging plant. The next important step was to build our own cold store. The aftermath of the determination of successive generations is a huge family business that puts respect for tradition in the first place. The care for the highest quality of turkey products results from drawing inspiration from the craftsmanship that has been the foundation of the company since the first generation of its founders.
